A few minutes from the town, the house is part of an old farm which is now divided into four residential units. The renovation that took place about 20 years ago respected the typical canons of the ancient Tuscan houses: the terracotta floor is the original one, the beams are in chestnut ect.
With independent entrance and without any type of condominium, our portion is a townhouse that is spread over three levels:
on the ground floor we find the old stables \ warehouses of about 45 square meters, while the house, for a total of 90 square meters, is located on the first floor where we find the kitchen and the living room with direct exit to the garden, the two bedrooms and the bathroom are on the top floor which is accessed by a beautiful original stone staircase.
Heating via two wood stoves.
The garden measures a total of about 4000 square meters and this is located partly behind the house and directly connected to it and partly in front immediately beyond the dirt road.
